Jiarong has applied its high concentrate technology to help LIER Chemical to reduce wastewater discharge from its original wastewater treatment system and improved the discharge water quality by introducing membrane technology to ensure its stable compliance of national standard. At the same time, part of wastewater is treated by the membrane system to improve the efficiency of the advanced treatment process after the secondary sedimentation tank; it can reduce the influent water amount of air inflow tank, advanced oxidation tank, and aerobic tank, improve the overall efficiency of the advanced treatment system, and reduce the cost of chemical treatment.

Project feature

1. The biggest industrial wastewater external tubular membrane treatment project in China, total processing capacity of this two-phase project is over 7000m³/d.

2. Jiarong independent patented Microtubular membrane technology applied open flow channel and innovation feed structure.

Influent water quality:

CODcr: 100-1000mg/L, SS:200-10000mg/L, Total hardness: ≤20000mg/L, Conductivity≤40ms/cm.

MTNF Effluent water:

CODcr: ≤70mg/L, SS:≤30mg/L, Conductivity≤20ms/cm.
