Aereon’s Jordan Air Defender is a Patent Pending emissions control device. It is designed to reduce emissions from liquid loading operations by recovering VOC’s expelled from cargo trucks during loading events. This application consists of an Activated Carbon Bed, Vacuum Pump Assembly, Dual Function Inlet/Discharge Separator, and an Electronic Instrumentation & Control System. In this application the customer can load up to 2 trucks at varying intervals based on the needed regeneration (regen) time for the activated carbon bed. It is designed to be highly modular and customizable. Additional pumps, and larger beds are available to increase the capacity, and decrease process cycle time as required.
