Our project Single-Family Remodeling

Our BIM Company was tasked with scanning and capturing the existing conditions of a single-family home and its surrounding site. Leveraging advanced scanning technology, we collected precise data to ensure an accurate representation of the current structure. From this data, we developed a comprehensive proposed design for the main residence, integrating modern features and improvements. Additionally, we created a detailed plan for a new ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit), including a 3D model, visualizations, and architectural plans. This process provided the client with a clear, actionable vision of both the renovated home and the new ADU, ensuring seamless planning and execution.
