1. Flame-retardant polypropylene:

Halogen-free flame-retardant PP: It is widely used in the fields of home appliance housing, rail transit, and plastic extrusion. It can reach UL94-5VA, 5VB, V0, V2 and other flame retardant grades. It has the characteristics of low density, low smoke generation, and high flame retardant efficiency.

Antibacterial and flame-retardant PP: Mainly used in the sanitary ware industry (smart toilet cover). The flame retardant grade can reach UL94-V0, the UV resistance reaches f1 grade, and it has the characteristics of high gloss, high antibacterial, and good weather resistance.

2. Halogen-free cable materials:

Low-smoke halogen-free/Class B1 cable materials: widely used in insulation and sheathing of power cables with voltage levels of 35kV and below, and the material properties meet the requirements of JB/T 10707 and GBT 32129-2015. During combustion, it has the characteristics of slow-spreading speed, low heat release, and less smoke production.

Ultraviolet light/irradiation cross-linked cable material: UV-light online cross-linking, fast and stable outlet, material properties meet the requirements of JB/T 10491-2004, JB/T 10437-2004, etc. The radiation cross-linking corresponds to a temperature resistance rating of 105/125/150°C, which is widely used in electronic wires, automotive wires, and photovoltaic wires.

Optical cable sheath material: widely used in optical cables of various structures, and different solutions are recommended for different end markets.

3. Flame-retardant engineering plastics:

Halogen-free flame-retardant glass fiber PC: Mainly used in extruded sheets (TV back covers, flat back covers, etc.), which meet the requirements of thin-wall flame retardant, and the flame retardant grade can reach UL94-V0 (0.75mm). It has the characteristics of high rigidity, low warpage, low linear expansion rate, and no floating fiber.

Flame-retardant PC/ABS: It is widely used in smart homes (smart speakers, flat panel housings, portable projectors, etc.), and the flame-retardant rating can reach UL94-V0. It has the characteristics of shading, high impact resistance and yellowing resistance.

Halogen-free flame-retardant PA66/6: Mainly used in power distribution panels, connectors, etc. The flame retardant grade can reach UL94-V0 (0.75mm). It has the characteristics of high strength, high heat resistance, and good electrical properties.

4. Fully biodegradable materials:

Blown film molding degradable plastic series: Modified blown film materials developed by the combination of PBAT/PLA, etc. It can be degraded in industrial compost without non-degradable organic ingredients. It can be processed on various types of film blowing machines, printing machines, bag making machines and sealing machines. The membrane material processed by it is soft, with excellent colorability and mechanical properties.

Injection molding degradable plastic series: modified injection molding materials developed by the combination of PLA/PBAT/PBS/ etc. The density is moderate and the gloss is high. It meets the degradation standards of industrial compost, is green and safe, meets food hygiene standards, and has excellent fluidity, temperature resistance and toughness. Extrusion molding degradable plastic series: modified extrusion materials developed by the combination of PLA/PBS. It has good processing performance, meets industrial compost degradation standards, is green and safe, meets food hygiene requirements, and has good temperature resistance and toughness.
