Then start the offset printing press and turn the adjusting nut to make the blade of the rubber rubber knife slowly contact the surface of the ink string roller. The contact pressure of the two adjusting screws on the left and right needs to be even, and the rubber knife and each part of the ink string roller are in even contact. Ability to scrape off the ink completely.
2. When cleaning the ink, in order to completely and cleanly remove all the ink accumulation and ink traces on the ink roller, it is best to pour gasoline on the ink roller near the ink fountain area from the upper part of the inking part. The waste ink flows from the upper part of the rubber knife into the ink receiving tank, and after a period of cleaning, the ink roller can be cleaned.
3. After cleaning the ink rollers and ink fountains of the inking parts, wipe them clean, and clean them with a clean, soft, neat, fiber-free, and good absorbent cloth.
4. The installation position of the wiper for cleaning the ink washing mechanism should be correct. Keep the rubber blade and the surface of the ink string roller at equal intervals and the same contact pressure.

5. After cleaning, the speed of wiping with the wipe should be fast, and the wipe should not be caught in the ink roller when the offset printing machine is running.

Dry ice cleaners can also be used to clean the printing machine. Dry ice cleaners (dry ice blast cleaners, dry ice blasters, mold washing machines, mold cleaners) are used to dry ice making machines (dry ice making machines, dry ice granulating machines, dry ice granulating machines, The dry ice particles produced by the ice machine, dry ice machine) are sprayed onto the surface of the printing machine through the nozzles of the dry ice blasting machine. 6. Ink washing and color changing require the operator to keep an average amount of gasoline from the upper ink roller, and don`t splash the gasoline everywhere.

7. Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited in the workshop to prevent fires during ink washing and color change.

8. When the offset press is running, you must pay attention to safety when scrubbing the ink roller.

9. In general, there are two situations when washing ink and changing colors. One is to change light-colored ink to dark ink, and the other is to change dark ink to light-colored ink.

It is easier to change the light color ink to the dark ink, and it saves time and effort for the ink roller cleaning. First, use an ink shovel to scoop out the light-colored ink of the ink fountain.
