Project - Zgo Gac - Waste transportation vehicle weighing system
In 2017 we implemented a weighing system for waste transportation vehicles in Gac Sp. z o.o. Waste Management Plant. The weighing system was also integrated with the company`s Reset2 accounting program.
The Vehicles’ First Weighing
Having entered the plant’s premises, the vehicle goes on the scale installed at the entry gate. The driver reads a RFID card on the terminal. The operator checks if the data are correct and adds any missing information. After weighting completion, weighing ticket is printed. After the weighing has been completed, the truck goes to the unloading site.
After unloading, the truck enters the exit scale. Another weighing is performed. The driver collects a weighing ticket. The driver goes to the office and, after presenting two weighing tickets, the driver receives a VAT invoice.

GSW Orange software used to support truck scales is closely integrated with the Reset2 system. Thanks to the integration, data on the waste delivery are automatically sent to the accounting department.
