Diverse applications range from mattresses and car seats to insulating materials for refrigeration appliances and buildings. At their Noida plant, they are quantifying Water content, Hydroxyl value, Acid value, Amine value, Viscosity, Density and pH in polyurethane polyols using the N-500 Solids with Transflectance cover.

Thanks to the unique polarization interferometer and easy-to-use NIRCal chemometrics software, the BUCHI NIRFlex N-500 meets the specific requirements of the customers’ applications from the QC laboratory to at-line installations.
