Small scrap copper wire separator

This SL-SCWG small copper wire granulator is designed for efficient and eco-friendly waste wire recycling.

With a total power of 7 kW, 4 kW crushing motor and 1.5 kW dust collector, it runs on 380V 50Hz power supply.

It can process wires up to 20 mm in diameter, with a stable output of 100 kg/h. Adopting dry-type separation technology, it automatically separates copper and plastic without water or pollution.

Compact size (1.3×0.6×1.46 m) makes it ideal for small recycling stations, individual scrap dealers and workshops, turning waste wires into high-purity copper rice and improving recycling profits greatly.
