The working principle of common mode method and common mode anti-jamming method of SO2 gas sensor
Background:
SO2 gas sensor is one of the most widely used temperature and humidity sensors in the field of environmental protection and industrial process control. It is mainly used to detect the concentration of SO2 in the air and control the operation of air pollution control equipment. SO2 gas sensor is a kind of semiconductor material, which has been widely used in the field of environmental protection, mainly because of its good temperature coefficient performance and relatively high sensitivity.
To meet the needs of environmental applications, several SO2 gas sensor designs and manufacturers have been created and established with different sensor characteristics and operating parameters, such as measurement channel, junction area, detection methods, etc. Here we will mainly discuss the working principle and advantages of common mode method and common mode anti-jamming method of SO2 gas sensor.
Common mode interference of sulfur dioxide gas sensor is one of the important factors affecting the measurement accuracy of the sensor. In order to reduce common mode interference, common mode suppression and isolation methods are usually used in the design of SO2 gas sensors. Common-mode suppression method is to reduce the common-mode signal by multiplying the common-mode signal with the capacitor, which can effectively eliminate the common-mode interference. The isolation method is to use a separate circuit to eliminate the influence of other signals on the common-mode signal. This method can also effectively eliminate the common-mode interference.
The advantages of common mode method and common mode anti-interference method are as follows :
High precision: Common-mode method and common-mode anti-interference method can effectively reduce common-mode interference, so as to further improve the accuracy of the sensor.
Simple structure: common-mode and common-mode anti-interference methods do not require any special circuit layout, and can reduce the cost of sensor manufacturing.
No drift: common-mode method and common-mode anti-interference method can prevent the sensor from drifting due to aging or environmental changes, so the accuracy of the sensor can be maintained.
Easy to operate: Through common mode measurement, common mode method and common mode anti-interference method can be realized conveniently, which can reduce the labor cost of sensor maintenance.
In summary, the common mode method and anti-common mode interference method of SO2 gas sensor are effective in reducing common mode interference, improving sensor accuracy, reducing sensor manufacturing cost and maintenance labor.
