Top Blog Posts of 2017

Dear reader, we hope you and your loved ones enjoyed a wonderful festive holiday season and, of course, wish you all the best for the new year.

2017 was another fascinating year in terms of environmental, health and safety regulation and policy across the world. We had the start of the “Trump era”, and the progression (of sorts) of Brexit negotiations – both of which look like they are impacting, or will impact, EHS laws on a larger scale. Aside from these however, there have been many, many more changes (new or proposed) in terms of laws and policies across the 280+ jurisdictions that we cover with our Regulatory Forecaster service. By the end of 2017 we covered a grand total of 4,202 regulatory developments. This represents a nine percent increase over the 3,874 regulatory developments we covered in 2016.

Looking at developments with our legal compliance filters on, we also keep an eye on the EHS arena by attending conferences, hosting webinars and publishing industry-related content, such as white papers and blog posts. We looked at which of our blog posts received the most interest in 2017 and compiled a list of top ten, most popular blog posts for your convenience.
