University College Birmingham - Case Study
University College Birmingham (UCB) is currently using a water filtration system from EcoPure Waters which is helping to meet their requirements for hospitality drinking water in a cost-effective, eco-friendly manner. The system is also helping to demonstrate the University’s sustainability to their guests, customers, staff and students.
The College of Food at University College Birmingham offers a range of hospitality and catering courses. Their Brasserie and Atrium training restaurants are open to the public and give students a platform to demonstrate their skills on a commercial basis and to a very high standard.

There is a significant financial saving, even before we consider the environmental benefits that are helping the University meet its demanding sustainability targets. But what really surprised and pleased us was the positive customer reaction to the water when served within the restaurants. It`s become a talking point among our guests who not only love the taste, but have also really bought-in to the sustainability angle.
