The working principle of the screw press: When the screw press is in operation, the processed oil is firstly fed from the hopper into the press chamber. The rotation of the press screw gradually advances the oil in the village and squeezes it. Because the oil is in the press under the high-pressure condition in the squeeze chamber, a large friction pressure is generated between the oil, the snail and the squeeze chamber, causing relative motion. On the other hand, the diameter of the snail is gradually thickened and the pitch is gradually reduced, so when the squeezing screw is running, the thread-stiffening oil can not only move forward, but also turn outward, and the material layer close to the squeezing screw thread also rotates with the squeezing shaft. In addition, the oil is in a state of motion in the press chamber, causing friction between the oil and the row and round rows, the oil and the press snail, and generating a large amount of heat, so that the temperature of the embryo in the press chamber continues to increase, which is beneficial to Grease flows out of the oil to increase the oil yield. Under the action of the spiral rotation of the squeezing screw, the volume of the squeezing chamber is continuously reduced, thereby generating a squeezing effect. The squeezed oil squeezes out from the gap of the squeeze cage, and at the same time, the residue is pressed into a crumb-shaped cake piece, which is continuously from the end of the squeeze shaft.
