Progress in Environmental Science, Technology and Management

The key to national development and sustainable economic growth is human resource development at the required levels of expertise. This is particularly so in the areas of Environmental Science, Technology and Management, where education and training of personnel particularly for government and industrial sectors must cross the traditional academic boundaries in the sciences and engineering in order to ensure appropriate levels of human resource development to effectively manage and control the negative impacts of toxic chemicals and hazardous waste on the environment and on human health.
