We deliver solutions. Thanks to our interdisciplinary structure, we develop the extrusion process tailored to your needs and thus also master your next challenge together.

Standard was yesterday. We design each screw, from mixing-optimized three-zone screws to complex barrier helical groove systems, individually tailored to your process.

From the first idea, through commissioning, to the ongoing process, we are always available to you as a competent contact person. We are also happy to support you with existing processes.

Using high-resolution CFD code that is adapted to the application, we simulate any melt-carrying system. Thus, for example, dead zones, weld lines or pressure consumers are identified and digitally optimized before production.

Evolutionary design. With us, tools are designed for you application-specifically, secured using flow simulation and optimized using artificial intelligence. Post-processing loops are thus eliminated.
