3P densi - Model 100 - Single Station Automatic Gas Pycnometer
The 3P densi instruments are single-station automatic gas pycnometers for volume and density measurement of porous solids and powders. The sample volume of 3P densi 100L ranges from 10 cm³ up to 100 cm³, the 3P densi 100S holds sample cylinders from 1 cm³ up to 10 cm³. The instrument is easy to handle using the 10-inch touch-screen.
3P meso - Model 112 & 222 Series - Fully Automated Volumetric Sorption Analysis
The 3P meso 112 & 222 series of instruments offers fully automated volumetric sorption analysis with Nitrogen and other non-corrosive gases on one or two analysis stations respectively. It allows the characterization of mesoporous materials at a minimum of space requirements. The 3P meso 112 is capable of measuring one sample while at the same time carrying out an in-situ degassing of a second sample. At the end of both the analysis and the degassing process, the heating mantle is switched with the dewar and analysis continues on the second sample. Alternatively, both stations can be used for sample activation. A two-station analysis setup with integrated sample preparation is also available in the form of the 3P meso 222. This system allows a simultaneous analysis of two samples.
3P meso - Model 400 - Compact Sorption Analyzer
The 3P meso 400 is a compact sorption analyzer with four completely independent analysis stations for the determination of BET surface area, total pore volume and pore size distributions of meso- and macroporous materials. Each analysis station can be programmed individually and started at any given time. This is achieved by four independent dosing volumes and without any time loss. Next to Nitrogen, it is possible to employ any non-corrosive gas as an adsorbate such as CO2, Ar, Kr, H2, O2, CO, NH3 or CH4. All four analysis stations can also be used as in-situ degassing stations for sample preparation.
3P micro - Model 100 - Fully Automated Volumetric Sorption Analyzer
The 3P micro 100 is a fully automated volumetric sorption analyzer for measuring adsorption and desorption of nitrogen and other non-corrosive gases on one analysis station. The instrument can be fitted with a turbomolecular pump system and low-pressure sensors for micropore and krypton analysis. Depending on the customer, the instrument can be equipped with a mesopore station (A version) or a micropore station (C1 and C version). The analysis station is paired with a dedicated p0-cell with its own pressure sensor. Two separate degassing stations are installed on the 3P micro and can be run parallel to the analysis station.
3P micro - Model 200 - Automatic Volumetric Sorption Device
The 3P micro 200 is a fully automatic volumetric sorption device for measuring the adsorption and desorption of nitrogen and other non-corrosive gases, simultaneously on two independently working measuring stations. Optionally with turbomolecular pump and low pressure sensors for micropore measurements and krypton sorption. Depending on the customer`s requirements, the measuring device can be equipped with two mesopore stations (A version), a micro and mesopore station (B1 and B version) or with two micropore measuring stations (C1 and C version). Each measuring port has its own manifold (dosing unit) for an optimal measuring time. Regardless of whether you start one or two measurements, the measurement time is exactly the same! Each station is ap 0- Cell assigned with its own pressure sensor.
3P micro - Model 300 - Automated Volumetric Sorption Analyzer
The 3P micro 300 is a fully automated volumetric sorption analyzer for measuring adsorption and desorption of Nitrogen and other non-corrosive gases on three independent analysis stations simultaneously. The instrument can be fitted with a turbomolecular pump and low-pressure sensors for micropore analysis and Krypton physisorption. Depending on customer requests, the instrument can be equipped with three mesopore stations (A version), one or two micropore and one or two mesopore stations respectively (B version) or three microporestations (C version). Every analysis station has its own dedicated dosing manifold for optimal analysis duration.
3P surface - Model DX - Automated Gas Sorption Analyzer
The 3P surface DX is a fully automated gas sorption analyzer with four parallel operating analysis stations for rapid BET surface area determination. The instrument operates without a vacuum system but works with the dynamic principle (flow method). Both Single- and Multipoint-BET measurements can be carried out reliably and in very short times suitable for production and quality control. Use of reference comparison methods keeps the detection time of adsorption peaks extremely short.
3P - Model Sync Series - Measuring Instrument
With the 3P sync series, 3P Instruments offers a new measuring instrument with up to four measuring stations and a separate p0 measuring cell for simultaneous measurement of the saturation vapor pressure. The stations and measuring cell are temperature controlled by a single cold dewar. Thus, the 3P sync enables the highest sample throughput with the smallest possible space requirement and minimum liquid nitrogen consumption. Depending on the sample volume, it can be configured individually as a 1-, 2-, 3- or 4-station instrument. In addition, the number of pressure transducers can be configured at the measuring station. If the instrument is to be equipped with the fastest possible measuring configuration, a separate pressure sensor can be integrated in each of the four measuring stations.
