Shred-Tech® provides maintenance services to support your on-going needs: 24/7 Technical Support with 24/7 Dispatch of Factory Trained Field Service Technicians that can be on-site within 24 hrs. There are 2 service bays at our Cambridge facility that handle any emergency service requirements. Shred-Tech® will customize a Maintenance Program to meet your specific needs and requirements. These programs include: Preventive Maintenance, Extended Warranty, Equipment Rebuilds both on-site at your location or at our Service Center. Shred-Tech® Mobile Service Trucks are continually on tour across the United States and Canada. A network of service providers is also strategically located throughout North America.
Parts Services
It is important to note that Shred-Tech® maintains “Single Source Responsibility” for our shredders and parts. Because our shredders are built and known for their longevity in the workforce, we maintain a long-term supply of parts, to ensure availability for our oldest to our newest systems. A full inventory of OEM parts is available for next-day shipment anywhere in the world.
