The new range of deep Super Starco™ elevator buckets is the result of intensive research to achieve the maximum individual bucket capacity, while still maintaining the perfect fill and discharge characteristics of the original standard Starco™ bucket over a wide speed range.

Starco™ elevator buckets are engineered for higher capacity elevator legs. Tapered sides ensure maximum bucket fill at a closer spacing. A unique front profile guarantees clean discharge over a wider range of operating speeds than conventional or other low profile elevator buckets. A better concept in bucket design, Starco elevator buckets are engineered for higher capacity. Tapered sides ensure maximum bucket fill at a closer spacing. A unique front profile guarantees clean discharge over a wider range of operating speeds than conventional or other low profile elevator buckets.

EURO elevator bolts have a concave head and two lugs on the underside to help prevent rotation when tightening. The Euro elevator bolts are intended for the attachment of pressed steel elevator buckets incorporating recessed bolt holes. The recessed area surrounding the bolt hole is intended to accommodate the similarly domed surface under the bolt head.

4B elevator belting is of laminar construction, to give high impact resistance coupled with low stretch at working tension. The EP carcass comprises a woven textile construction having low stretch polyester fabric warp (along its length) and impact resistant polyamide fabric weft (across the width). The low stretch characteristics of the belt are achieved using the high strength textile fabric which is pre-tensioned during the manufacturing process. This process limits the maximum stretch in the belt, at working strength, to 1.5%.

Drop forged chain is either supplied with welded flights or with bolt-on flights (Bolt `N` Go system). 4B drop forged chains have three main styles: standard, double and triple links.

The Bolt ‘N’ Go flight system is a revolutionary assembly method for drop forged chains. Link and flight assembly is made easy by using a standard bolt and mechanical lock nut with a high strength, heat treated hollow pin. There are no circlips and no intricate assembly is required. There is no welding of flights, no need to remove chain from the conveyor for installation, and no issues with strength. Just bolt the links and the flights together. It’s easy, simple and reliable!

4B sprockets and trailers are manufactured from high grade heat treated steel to a minimum hardness of 57 HRC. Each piece is machined to size with appropriate bore and keyway specific to each customer’s application. Most sizes are in stock and ready to ship from 4B’s extensive inventory.
