SensorData - Fatigue Rated TorqueThrust Sensor
The M211-116 was designed for use in material testing machines. The torque/thrust sensor provides a small package size, a fully fatigue rated structure with low inertial mass and high stiffness, low crosstalk between the torque and thrust measurements and resistance to the negative effects of extraneous forces in both measurement axes. The M211-116 can be used with AC carrier and DC strain gage signal conditioning electronics. Interconnecting cable assemblies are available as an option. SensorData will provide in-house calibration of the M211-116 with customer-supplied electronics for a fee. Sensordata - Fatigue Rated Low Profile Universal Shear Web Load Cell
The F341 thru F347 are suitable for use in material testing machines, airframe test fixtures, and any application requiring a load cell that has a low profile, a high degree of stiffness, fatigue rating, and resistance to the negative effects of extraneous forces. For universal or tension only applications, the F341 thru F347 are usually bolted to a surface or plate that is flat and parallel within ±0.0002 inch. For compression only applications, a load button with a spherical loading surface and with threads that will engage the threads found in the center-loading hole of the F341 thru F347 should be used. The F341 thru F347 can be used with AC carrier and DC strain gage signal conditioning electronics. Tension plates, spherical load buttons, and interconnecting cable assemblies are available as options. SensorData will provide in-house calibration of the F341 thru F347 with customer-supplied electronics at no additional cost.
SensorData - Wireless Coupled Flange Driver Rotary Torque Sensor
The industry true Bluetooth exclusive Model BT4000 Series Wireless Coupled Flange Drive Rotary Torque Sensor from SensorData Technologies is the only device on the market that offers high-reliability torque sensing where excessive vibration is a concern. The series is designed to be used as drop-in replacements for legacy applications in which prior torque sensor installations may have damaged sensor power rotors, resulting in serious downtime and repair costs. Encapsulated on-board electronics provide strain gage bridge excitation, bridge output amplification, and amplified signal conversion into a 16-bit digital word. This immediate signal conversion results in significantly reduced conducted noise effects. Any electronic device equipped to receive 2.4 GHz Bluetooth data can receive signals from the BT4000 Series. The unit is supplied with a Bluetooth wireless remote base station equipped with three analog output customer options and an optional USB or Can Bus Data Port for seamless connection to a PC or other device. Onboard electronics facilitate remote shunt calibration. SensorData - Fatigue Rated Flange Coupled Reaction Torque Sensor
SensorData’s T150 Series of fatigue rated flange coupled torque sensors is designed for use during life testing and “test-to-failure” of drive-line components and where there is a small degree of angular rotation or reciprocating motion involved. The T150 Series with inherent low-end measurement capability can be installed at the driver or absorber end of the measurement chain. Each flange face is provided with a pilot diameter to assist installation. AC carrier or DC strain gage signal conditioning electronics can be used with the T150 Series. Interconnecting cable assemblies are available as an option. In-house calibration of the T150 Series with SensorData’s electronics will be provided free of charge or with customer-supplied electronics for a fee.
SensorData - Fatigue Rated Shaft Coupled Reaction Torque Sensor
SensorData’s T160 shaft coupled reaction torque sensor was designed for a wide variety of applications requiring small package size, high torsional stiffness and where there is a small degree of angular rotation or reciprocating motion involved. The T160 with inherent low-end measurement capability can be installed at the driver or absorber end of the measurement chain. Double-keyed shafts on each end assist installation. AC carrier or DC strain gage signal conditioning electronics can be used with the T160. Interconnecting cable assemblies are available as an option. In-house calibration of the T160 with SensorData’s electronics will be provided free of charge or with customer-supplied electronics for a fee.
