With the diversity on offer by a wide range of Biogas service providers it has been critical for A-Consult to develop its precast concrete tank system to allow the different types of roof installation required by the various process techniques.

Available as pre-insulated unit PE-Lined for concrete protection in the gasification zone. Robust construction allows pre-formed openings to support mixers, access hatch and pressure release plates. Service openings and man way access are a few options made available on this extremely flexible roof solution. Typically cheesecake or half moon segments.

Reduces emissions of both gas and odour. Available in Grey or Green. Openings available to allow over the top mixing. Robust construction using UV resistant reinforced foil.

High quality PE-Foil weather roof, ideal for keeping rain and snow out of the slurry store and odours in.

Settlement Tanks can be supplied with either an integrated concrete coping top or bolt on unit which supports the travel of either a full or half bridge scraper. Tank sizes range from 4.0m diameter to greater than 50.0m, designed to allow backfilling, enabling access to M&E equipment such as scraper bridge, motor and travelling wheels.

The A-Consult tank system has been used to construct many types of Filter Tanks. The tanks can be designed as water retaining structures if necessary, with letter box opens to facilitate the trickling filtration systems.

In such a volume related sector the A-Consult precast concrete tank system offers extensive flexibility in both tank diameters and wall heights. Diameters start at 4m and increase in increments of approximately 350mm, wall heights start at 2m and increase in increments of 100mm topping out at 12m maximum.

A-Consult tanks have been used for the storage of many different materials on both Waste Water Treatment Plants along with Sewage Treatment Plants. All materials used in the construction of our tanks are DWI approved allowing the storage of potable water.

Multiple process requirements have been facilitated by using the A-Consult tank system. Diverse process applications range from both salt and fresh water fish farms, to Leachate treatment on landfill sites. Liners cast into the precast wall units can make the storing and processing of aggressive liquids more reliable.
