A T Industrial - Wet Dust Collector Systems
OSHA/NFPA Compliant Electrical Package provides start from a closed contact at the process machinery. Interrupts the circuit if the water level is too high or low. Ultrasonic water level sensor and valve, hazardous gas exhaust vent, PLC, time delay, warning light, alarm and NEMA 12 enclosure. Every machine is tested and run before leaving our shop to ensure correct CFM production and water doesn’t migrate up and out of the machine. When correct water level is maintained our wet dust collectors don’t weep, seep or leak.

A T Industrial - Sludge Vacuum Filtration System
Make keeping your wet dust collector clean a little easier with a sludge vac. Pumps water, swarf and sludge out of wet dust collector sump, filters, then pumps the water back into the sump. Includes air powered pump system, drum, filter, spare filter, air regulator, vacuum hose and wand, and system dolly. Requires 19 cfm @ 80 psi. Available in 30, 55 & 110 Gallon capacity. The sludge vac offers a quick, efficient and less messy way to keep the water in your wet dust collector clean and filtered. Manually cleaning out the sump can be messy, and dirty water in a wet dust collector can get pretty stinky. Solve the cleaning problem with a sludge vac!
A T Industrial - Economy Downdraft Table
Heavy Duty. No Frills. The modular design allows for multiple tables to be bolted together to accommodate larger parts or to create work cells. Hinged deflector walls are also available in 10” or 18” high. Our heavy duty fiberglass grates reduces part scratching. Downdraft workbenches or tables minimize the migration of dust from sanding, grinding and deburring operations into the ambient space surrounding the process. The versatile design of the downdraft table allows the unit to be independently attached to a wet or dry dust collector or be an attachment in a central dust collector configured system. The downdraft tables are available with open or enclosed tops and ergonomically friendly by allowing the operator to sit down while performing their work. No other manufacturer offers this versatility coupled with this many sizes.
