In the provinces of Ferrara, Forlì-Cesena, Ravenna, Rimini, Massa Carrara, Pisa, Pistoia, Lucca, Livorno, Grosseto, Frosinone, Caserta and Naples (municipality excluded). In the municipality of Rome (excluding the province).
