AZZ - Auto Clipping Machine

Designed to join filter pleated pack ends by metal clip. Automatic clip formation, cutting, sealing and ejection of pleated pack. Only pleated pack is to be fed manually. System is electro pneumatically operated. Clipping profile can be designed as per requirement. Clip width: 9 to 18mm. Clip material thickness: 0.2 to 0.4mm. Clipping length: up to 350mm. Pleat depth range: 10 to 50mm.

AZZ - Tube Crimping Machine

The tube crimping machine has been designed to join the ends of a cylindrical & conical tube by a “H” hook or H clip. The advantage of this type of crimping is that it ensures smooth edges on the crimped section. Thus preventing any media damage to pleated pack. The hook or clip does not corrode as compared to spot welded end joints.

A2Z - Felt Forming Machine

A2Z Felt forming Machine is designed to form the filter thermally from synthetic media. Media is pleated and pleated pack is placed into heated die for set interval to form the filter. Depending on media property and filter design, machine can have 3 or 4 stages of operations like filter edges forming, pleat forming and edge trimming. System is hydraulically operated with easy change of dies for different part numbers, different size & shape of filters can be produced from length 100 to 300mm, width 50 to 200mm and pleat depth range 20 to 100mm.

AZZ - Digital Automatic Burst Strength Tester

As per standard ISO-2758, TAPPI-T403 and ASTM-D774. Establishes burst strength characteristics for different filter papers and other similar media. Models are available in different display gauge units as well as with digital readouts. Option to select different units of measurement. Inbuilt calibration capability. Printer option is available with the digital type models.
