The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is a third party building rating system founded by the U.S. Green Building Council, established to promote the design, construction and operation of sustainable “green” buildings. By making a building sustainable we are able to satisfy the needs of the occupants and bring a better quality of life, while progressively reducing ecological impacts and resource exploitation.

AAI provides environmental testing & monitoring needs for emergency response to disastrous spills, leaks and debris removal due to natural events and accidents. We are able to provide environmental management of soil, ground water and surface water testing after hazardous chemicals are released into the environment. We also provide debris monitoring and waste characterization after natural disasters. Our experience in organizing and implementing teams of scientists and engineers to respond to large-scale problems is utilized to provide services to government agencies and private companies, including: construction companies and other environmental companies.

We can take you through the entire process of discovery, assessment, permitting, removal and closure with the appropriate government agency. The closure letter is essential for a property that has active or inactive underground fuel storage tanks, in order to allow for real estate transactions, redevelopment and bank loans to occur.

AAI  has extensive experience in conducting Phase I, II and III Environmental Site Assessments, and remediation on active and inactive oil and gas well properties, as well as, oilfield services properties. We also conduct Baseline Studies on oilfield-related properties prior to companies starting operations on a lease, in order to help prevent the client from being held responsible for existing contamination from previous oil well drilling, production and support services activities. We have conducted these types of assessments on hundreds of oil and gas well properties throughout the U.S.
