The ventilation process represents the 20% of a complete plant, for the drying process as well as for the kiln and having an optimal ventilation system means obtaining a top-quality final product. AAK has been designing fans for kiln for over ten years, working side by side with a partner leader in the ventilation field, with more than thirty years of experience. Our range of fans is assorted and flexible: we can realise customised fans, providing the specific solution which suits best the plant’s exigencies; we also offer optimal solution to replace the existent fans with intervention as less invasive as possible.

AAK dryer is the result of more than 10 years of experience acquired in the field of heavy clay. The drying process is considered the main feature of the plant and getting a perfect drying means having an excellent product. By studying the drying process most in use these days, we managed to design and realize the most efficient and innovative system. We have modified, renovated and installed dryers in many countries of the world, becoming able to deal with any request that a client may have. The whole drying process is handled by a high-level IT system, which analyses the process in automatic mode.

Mentality is fundamental to create a good relation between supplier and customers: thinking and speaking in the same wayreduces difficulties and misunderstandings. We are more and more convinced that sharing mentality and language helps strengthening every relation.

The Alpha Group Feeder, predisposed to work in total automatic mode, is composed by an air manifold with related high-pressure fan, and a motorised valve applied on the gas collector, to offer elevated standards of control and regulation. The manifolds are joined through flexible pipes (for both air and gas) to the burners, whose length and dimensions are sized according to each kiln’s needs, and to the plant production capacity. The feeder is entirely made in stainless material and specific alloys. The cone is in stainless steel 316 and is obtained from a whole piece manufactured on a control numerical machine. The cone thickness allows it to increase its temporal efficiency. Thanks to its tapered shape, it can reach top speed in mixing air and gas, and create a homogeneous mix between the two components. The entire group is regulated by a new-generation electric board, which is monitored by a thermocouple set under each equipment, to guarantee a high control and safety.

The reduction and cut-off units produced by AAK SERVICE SRL are constructed according the regulation in force and are equipped with certified components of quality marks.
