The Focus XC Peptide Synthesizer comes with either 2, 4, or 6 reactors for different scale capabilities. The Focus XC is an easy to use, fully automated, solid phase peptide synthesizer. Its SMART software predicts synthesis difficulty and provides the best protocol. It is capable of simultaneous and parallel peptide synthesis. The powerful combination of utilizing 1–6 reactors, 24 amino acid vials, 6 solvent/reagent lines (or optionally more lines), a scale range of 0.01 to 5.00 mmol per reactor, and versatile user-friendly software give the Focus XC unique abilities and provide novice and expert chemists with virtually unlimited synthesis options.

The Focus XCi scale range is 5.0 to 50.00 mmol of resin. The Focus XCi is the perfect instrument for preparing peptides for cGMP. Options include additional solvent/reagent lines, up to 8 additional amino acid containers for a total of 10, heating and cooling reactors, and UV detection.

The Model 400, a smaller version of the P4-400, is a pilot production scale peptide synthesizer designed to prepare pharmaceutical peptides consistently and efficiently on production scales. The Model 400 Pilot Production Scale Synthesizer can utilize standard Boc or Fmoc protocols, or the user can develop custom protocols to optimize product purity and synthesis yield. Reagents and amino acids are accurately and precisely dispensed through separate measuring vessels equipped with adjustable liquid sensors.

The P4-400 is a large-scale production peptide synthesizer designed to prepare pharmaceutical peptides consistently and efficiently.  The P4-400 Production Scale Synthesizer can utilize standard Boc or Fmoc protocols, or the user can develop custom protocols to optimize product purity and synthesis yield. Reagents and amino acids are accurately and precisely dispensed through separate measuring vessels equipped with adjustable liquid sensors.

The Vantage Automated Parallel Peptide Synthesizer is specially designed to perform the unique reactions for forming modified peptides, such as stapled peptides, that have been recently reported. Allyl/Aloc de-protection, ring closing metathesis and peptide thioester preparation are a few examples of the new peptide production processes that the Vantage Automated Peptide Synthesizer can perform. The Vantage is equipped with an Ares reactor assembly that can cool to -35? and heat to 110? to facilitate a wide range of reactions. Heating and cooling in the Ares reactor is very uniform throughout the reactor assembly, with less than 1.5? variation between reactors.

The Titan 357 synthesizer is a powerful tool for drug discovery. It serves as three automated synthesizers in one. As a parallel synthesizer it prepares up to 36 peptides simultaneously. It is also a 550 mL scale-up synthesizer, as well as a split-and-combine synthesizer for preparing combinatorial peptide libraries. It can prepare split-and-combine libraries containing millions of compounds for high throughput screening and lead discovery. In lead development and optimization studies, the Titan 357 can prepare up to 36 peptides simultaneously. Finally, it can prepare single peptides in multi-gram quantities for initial in vivo testing.

The Triton  Centrifugal syringe peptide synthesizer allows the operator to run 32 long peptides and short peptides syntheses simultaneously. The Triton^TM uses disposable syringe barrel type reactors with filters in the bottom for synthesis and cleavage. There are two reactor sizes: 32 x 5mL(5mg-250mg) or 18 x 10mL(25mg- 500mg) disposable syringe barrels. The length of each peptide can be short or long sequences.

It is easy to control through an electronic control panel on the front of the instrument. The Sharp Freeze™ is available in two models. The 350 for a -55 °C temperature, and the 480 to reach -80 °C. Both are suitable for lyophilizing HPLC fractions containing acetonitrile or organic solvents. Each model comes in four sizes; 2L, 4L, 6L and 9L. Each system can come with either a vacuum chamber, shelf tray, tree manifold, or a combination of all three.
