Cisterns made of steel or concrete often have a protective inner lining of acid-proof bricks and mortar. We have the expertise in acid-proof materials, technology and workmanship that is required for these applications to meet the highest demands of the industry.

At our workshop in Ängelholm we can prefabricate larger parts or modules for later installation. We specialise in cast modules of every conceivable shape using modern mixing and vibratory equipment. The modules are dried out in an electric oven that is programmed to follow the correct drying-out curve for the refractory material concerned.

Refractory ceramics and semi-ceramic materials are consumable goods with varying lifespans. Planning of service and maintenance is very important. AB Megamet`s documentation system makes the work of service and maintenance easy and cost effective. Good planning and accurate reporting simplifies the ordering of refractory materials for servicing and repairs. AB Megamet can provide follow-up, documentation and reporting of repairs and maintenance.

Our service organisation is flexible and we always guarantee our Swedish customers that we can be on site within 6-24 hours. We have an extensive contact network of experienced assemblers on whom we can call for big assignments. We also have a smaller, core unit of select assemblers who attend to ongoing work requirements. This gives us specialist competencies that we can call on at any time.

Our warehouse capacity provides additional assurance for our customers. The most common materials in use are always available from our Ängelholm facility.
