Temperature, humidity and CO2 are the main factors influencing these results. Therefore a perfect heating- and ventilation system is necessary. Here, the Multiheat HW unit is the solution.

Latest motor technology now applied in ABBI-FAN axial fans. The ABBI-FAN 140-XXP fan is Abbi-Aerotech’s latest development in fans for livestock buildings. This fan is by far the most energy efficient in the market for larger axial fans. A sophisticated suspension system automatically ensures that a running fan is correctly positioned. The ABBI-FAN 140-XXP is equipped with a permanent magnetic motor and accompanying electronic control.

The fogging system works with a high pressure pump at 70 Bar, and by means of special nozzles the water is nebulized into drops of just 10 microns. The nebulous water evaporates instantly, lowering the ambient temperature. The soaking system works with a low pressure system of 1,3 Bar. The soaking nozzles are placed above the feeding table with a pipe or the nozzles are placed above the holding area.
