ABO Series 900 Valves are Soft seated Concentric valves with a wide range of applications including Industrial processing, HVAC, Water, Food and beverage. Valves are available in dimensions from DN32 – DN1600. Some of the available certifications for these valves are FDA Aproval, WRAS Approval, DVGW, ATEX 94/9/CE.

Body construction: Wafer type body; Lug type body; Double-flanged body.

ABO Series 2E Valves are Double Eccentric Valves available in both PTFE Seated and Metal Seated versions. Applicable up to a max. Working pressure of 50bar this split stem double offset valve is applicable as both a Shut-off and also a Regulating Device respectively. Some of the available certifications for these valves are ATEX 94/9/CE, TA-Luft Certification.

Body construction: DN 150 – DN 3000. Face to face acc. to: EN 558-1/14; ISO 5752-14; EN 558-1/13. End connections: EN 1092; ASME B 16.5 Class 150; DIN PN10/PN16/PN25/PN40. Top flange: EN ISO 5211. Leak test: EN 12266-1; ISO 5208; API 598.

The most common of the so-called knife gate valves. A unidirectional wafer type valve ideal for installations handling liquids which contain suspended solids and waste water (mining, chemical treatment, water treatment, etc.). These valves are especially useful in facilities with limited space, thanks to their small size and light weight. Long-life service of the product is secured as a circular blade bevel prevents excessive wear and clogging (leakage). The valve is reinforced with oversize top and bottom ends to ensure proper sealing. Beveled knife hacks away fibrous particles, moving them towards a self-cleaning bottom area and rinsing them out of the saddle. The valve can be manufactured with bonnets which provide for total water tightness towards the outside environment, thereby reducing the maintenance of the packing gland.

ABO Series 300 Knife Gate Valves are most suitable for handling fluids with suspended solids such as in mining, chemical treatment, water treatment applications. The valve is reinforced with oversize top and bottom ends to ensure proper sealing. Bevelled knife hacks away fibrous particles, moving them towards a self-cleaning bottom area and rinsing them out of the saddle.

DN 40 – 1400. PN 10, 16 (25). Applications: water, waste water, sewage, thick and viscous liquids.

DN: 50 – 1000. PN: up to 20 bar. Material of body: Steel C35; Stainless Steel AISI 316L. Material of disc: Cast Steel C35; Stainless Steel AISI 316L. Seat: Metal / Metal Seat. Surface: Epoxy coated. Temperature: up to 500°C. Applications: in depots for hydrocarbons, by the release of flammable or toxic substances.

DN: 50 – 300. PN: up to 20 bar. Material of body: Steel GP280GH; Stainless Steel AISI 316L. Material of disc: Steel GP280GH; Stainless Steel AISI 316L. Seat: Metal / Metal Seat. Surface: Epoxy coated. Temperature: up to 500°C. Applications: in services, where is able to release of flammable or toxic substances.
