With the ROTOMEM filtration system Abwa-Tec has introduced a highly efficient membrane filtration system on the market which requires much less pressure than conventional membrane. Both pressure and cross flow velocity can be adjusted independently, so that circulation pumps that require a high electrical power are no longer necessary.

The gravity separator is an ecologically high-performance and economical device for cleaning and treating polluted process baths. The retention times of water, cleaning and degreasing baths, also of coolant grease emulsions are extended by means of the gravity separator SKA50. Other pollutants such as oils, fats, greases etc. are removed from the process bath. By using SKA50 by Abwa-Tec process baths can be retained in the process much longer.

Abwa-Tec inclined belt filters ensure effective filtering of all liquids, prevent operational shut-downs and improve OSHE.  In addition they are especially advantageous when treating liquids with a high pollution rate, increasing the economic results. Abwa-Tec supplies hollow fibre module system, with which large filter surfaces can be combined in a very small space. In hollow fibre modules, also known as capillary modules, so-called capillary membranes are combined to form modules of just a few square millimetres to large filter units of several square metres – saving space and costs!

Wound modules provide large membrane surfaces in relation to the module volume. The special design provides for optimum filtering properties at minimum energy consumption.
