The DNAq-Card™ is a rapid assay for the quantitation of double-stranded DNA and PCR products. This kit makes DNA quantitation easy and accurate without the need of complex instrumentation, sample pre-purification, and long incubation steps.The DNAq-Card is a disposable microfluidic device that can be run on a benchtop or other flat surface. The DNAq-Card kit includes all necessary assay reagents. Simply mix your sample in few a rapid steps with the provided buffers. The total assay time is less than 3 minutes. The result is displayed on a color-coded column on a graduated scale. The easy to use DNAq Mobile app allows users to record and store the assay results electronically. Data are stored on the secured AccelDx portal from which they can be access and downloaded or emailed.

Accel Diagnostics’ RapidQ™ IgG Card is an easy to use, mix-and-read assay to rapidly quantify the concentrations of mouse IgG (msIgG). The assay allows researchers and antibody manufactures to monitor monoclonal antibody production in cell culture supernatants in only 5 minutes (total assay time). The assay provides information that helps users adjust selected metabolic parameters during in-vitro antibody production to ensure optimal antibody yields.

It only requires a few micro-liters of sample (equivalent to 1 - 3 drops). It works with many liquids including whole blood, plasma, serum, and mediums. Results compare for sensitivity to laboratory devices.
