A250+ and 450+ is a highly accurate digital single color IR Focusable pyrometer to provide high performance and low maintenance of non contact temperature measurement in demanding industrial and R&D environments. The IR pyrometer parameters can be selected via the key pads on the back panel. The settings are displayed on the OLED Display. In the measuring mode real time temperature is displayed. In Pyrometers with video module real time colour video, measuring temperature and emissivity is displayed on the television screen. A250+ and 450+ have focusable optics for optimal match of the instrument for various applications. The pyrometers are equipped with RS-485; analog outputs 0/4….20. Switching laser ON/OFF does not effect the measurement.

A250 PL/TL and A450 PL/TL are specially designed IR Pyrometers of A Series family for non contact temperature measurement in demanding industrial environments. The Pyrometers are highly accurate and compact by nature with stainless steel housing to provide high operational safety for harsh industrial environments. The Pyrometers are designed for high temperature applications between 210°C….3000°C. The parameters like Emissivity, Analog Output, Sub Range, Response Time and Peak Picker etc can be preset ex-works or adjustable via Software. The Pyrometer provided with bluetooth V2.0 for communication between pyrometer & Android mobile, RS-232 & 485 for communication between pyrometer & PC software Infrasoft.

AST A5-IN is a specially designed IR Pyrometers for non-contact temperature measurement of aluminum. AST A5-IN is a Multi-wavelength plug-and-play pyrometer that uses an application-specific database derived from years of experience in a real application. AST A5-IN uses special algorithms to accurately calculate both the actual temperature and emissivity of the surface. AST A5-IN can hold multiple databases so that a single instrument can be easily switched between multiple applications like Molten metal, Extruded profiles, Rolled aluminum surface, Continuous casting, Aluminum billets, Slabs, etc. AST A5-IN has a laser pointer aligned in line with the detector to ensure both laser and detector look in the same spot. This helps precise aiming even in long distances. AST A5-IN offers Bluetooth communication to communicate with Android smartphones or laptops to view the measured temperature and adjust the parameters/selection of database and data logging.

The TFV- 750 /TFV-1100 is mounted on wall of the furnace. It consists of auto retraction and insertion system which is regulated by control cabinet with PLC & Pneumatic control system.We use special HD camera with high precision elbow view pinhole lens which is mounted inside stainless steel probe.

This camera, when used with suitable lens for specified FOV (Field Of View) can monitor burner flames, material alignment and movement, and other processes in furnaces like Kiln, heating stove or any other combustion chamber of industrial usage. AST TE-750/TE-1100 works in SWIR (Short wave infra-red) range which eliminates temperature measurement errors due to emissivity and increases temperature measurement accuracy.
