The Accuris One-Step RT-PCR Kit has been formulated for cDNA synthesis and subsequent PCR in a single tube for end-point analysis. This latest generation RT-PCR Kit consists of an MMLV-derived, thermostable Reverse Transcriptase (45°C to 55°C), an advanced RNase Inhibitor and Accuris Hot Start Taq for ultra-sensitive one-step RT-PCR from as little as 1pg total RNA starting material.

Supplied as a ready-to-use 2X master mix, qMax Green has been engineered for high sensitivity, fact cycling and excellent reproducibility. Accuris Hot Start Polymerase provides accurate PCR of a variety of templates including low copy number and difficult sequences, while the proprietary qMax Green intercalating dye exhibits higher fluorescence and lower PCR inhibition than other popular green dyes. These two components are supported by a specially formulated buffer with an exacting combination of salts, PCR enhancers, stabilizers and pH that results in earlier Ct values and a high specificity across a broad dynamic range.  An inert blue dye is also mixed into the qMAX Green to allow easy visualization during pipetting.

Accuris SmartDye Terminator v3.1 Cycle Sequencing Kit delivers exceptional accuracy, even in notoriously hard-to-sequence GT-rich regions. As a direct replacement for BigDye Terminator v3.1 Cycle Sequencing Kit, SmartDye requires no protocol adjustment, no new mobility shift files or recalibration. The kit includes the SmartDye Terminator v3.1 Sequencing Mix, a proprietary mixture of fluorescently labelled dideoxynucleotide terminators, DNA polymerase, and 5X optimized buffer. Shown on the left are EPG traces from terminator v3.1 sequencing of the challenging template 1946F. The top panel, generated using Accuris SmartDye™, demonstrates superior performance with extended read length compared to the bottom panel, which was produced using Applied Biosystems™ BigDye™ chemistry. Accuris Analytical balances incorporate electromagnetic sensor technology and precision mechanical components to offer superior weight determinations to a fraction of a milligram.
