ACEGrid GG are flexible woven geogrids fabricated with high molecular weight and low-creep polyester (PET) yarns which provide a wide range of tensile strength for different soil reinforcement applications. The ultimate tensile strength of ACEGrid^® GG uniaxial geogrids can range from 20 kN/m to 1000 kN/m, and those of ACEGrid GG biaxial geogrids, from 20 kN/m to 300 kN/m.

ACEGrid FR are flame-retardant, high-strength, flexible and lightweight polymer grids which are used to replace traditional metallic meshes or fences as supplemental ground, highwall, roof or rib supports in underground openings, and they are also used especially for long wall shield recovery in coal mines, where rock bolts and cables are used as the primary support and supplemental support by wire meshe

ACEGrid® GV geogrid is woven by high-tenacity, multifilament polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) yarns and coated with durable polymer. ACEGrid® GV is geogrid which constructed by polyvinyl alcohol (PVA). With characteristics of extremely low elongation and creep. The tensile strength is from 35kN/m to 800kN/m. Coated with polymer material which reduce damage of geogrid from shipping and installation, raise UV resistance and prevent influence of pernicious substance and hydrolysis resistance.  ACEGrid® GV is broadly used in civil engineering such as road, environment, maritime, traffic, tunnel, retaining wall and slope projects. Especially, while applied to the structure with limit displacement demand, it could effectively control structure strain.

ACEGrid GA are bitumen coated fiberglass geogrids designed for road asphalt layer reinforcement. As an asphalt interlayer, ACEGrid GA can evenly distribute stress resulted from upward load and reduce the deformation of the asphalt layer. Therefore, the occurrence of surface cracks is delayed and the service life of road is significantly extended, allowing pavement maintenance cost to be saved.

It’s made of high molecular polymer (HDPE or PP) through extrusion, forming and punching before longitudinal and lateral stretching. Stiff geogrid has considerable tensile strength in bi-directions. This chain structure can effectively bear and diffuse forces on soil and is applicable to large area permanent load bearing foundation.

ACETex PET are engineered woven geotextiles fabricated with high tenacity and high molecular weight polyester (PET) yarns. ACETex PET geotextiles have high tensile strength at very low strain for soil reinforcement applications including soft soil stabilization, base reinforcement, embankments on soft soils and working platforms, etc.

ACETex PP are woven geotextiles composed of high tenacity polypropylene (PP) yarns in innovative weaving structure developed by ACE Geosynthetics for the integrated engineering requirements of strength, filtration and separation.

ACETex® NT is made from either polyester continuous filament yarns by needle punched manufacturing process; or polypropylene staple fiber by needle punched manufacturing process with thermally bonded surface. With small opening size and high permittivity characteristics, it is suitable for filtration or separation which without demands of tensile strength.

ACE Geocontainer known as  ACEContainer®  is made of numerous panels of high strength ACETex® and commonly filled with sand, sediment or other fillings. When full,  ACEContainer®  is then stitched up and dumped at an appropriate or projected site. With years of geotextile sewing experience,  ACEContainer®  is with high seam strength to avoid damage caused by dumping.
