Smart logger - Model ADL-200A - Data Logger Readout
A data logger is a device that stores and controls data transmitted by time-varying types of sensors (load, stress, strain, pressure, temperature, displacement, tilte sensor, etc.) installed in the field. Smart Logger ADL-200A is our company`s top model static data logger. It is a full range logger that connects 16-channel vibrating wire sensor and 16-channel analog sensors (temperature sensor, mV sensor, FSG sensor, sequential serial communication sensor, etc.). Built-in 2.4GHz Zigbee wireless module port for logger-logger connection and RS-485 communication port for logger-logger connection in ADL-200A can be configured wired or wireless according to the site. When connecting wirelessly, data communication distance is about 200 ~ 600m.

ACE - Model RC Casing - Inclinometer Casing
Inclinometer casing is used for the portable inclinometer or in place inclinometer, comprised of three meters lengths of ABS pipe with four internal grooves spaced 90° degrees apart and running along the entire casing length. Inclinometer casing is typically installed in bore holes, but may also be embedded in fills, cast into concrete, or attached to a structure. The internal groove of inclinometer casing controls the orientation of inclinometer probe or in place inclinometer. The deflection or deformation of the surrounding soil or structure causes change in tilt angle of the casing from vertical. These changes in tilt angle are measured by the readout. Inclinometer casing is affected by causes; the diameter of casing, appreciate strength, flexibility and spiral. Ace`s casing is made for being fit for them.

ACE - Model VW - Load Cells
VW load cells are attached with VW strain gage divided into 3-6 equal parts in the pipe hole of cylindrical shape cell that is processed mechanically with alloyed steel. It is used with principle that when load operates in cell, tension of VW gage is changes. When load applied on the cell, change in tension of the gages causes change in the frequency that is induced by a plucking coil. The average of the readings from the cells represents the mean load on the anchor, minimizing the effects of eccentric loading.

ACE - Model 1210 VW - Spot Weldable Strain Gages
The model 1210 VW spot weldable strain gage consists of a gage that is composed of two end flanges joined by a tube, and a coil housing that two small plucking coils are fixed. The vibrating wire of VW spot weldable strain gage is tensioned between two end blocks which are spot welded to the surface of the steel member. The wire is plucked so that it vibrates at its resonant frequency. This frequency depends on the wire tension, which will vary as the strain of steel member. The change in frequency is calculated the strain or stress directly by the VW readout unit.

ACE - Model VW - Rebar Stressmeters
VW rebar stressmeters has got the structure that reinforcing bars are attached and fixed at the both side of VW sensor. And the cross section areas of VW sensor housing and the reinforcing bar are same. Therefore it helps us to measure the exact stress being applied to the reinforcing bar. VW rebar stressmeter outputs the force strength and the change of the stress in frequency signal. This frequency signal is transferred to VW readout unit and it is displayed in the nominated engineering unit on VW readout units. And it makes us to exactly and easily measure the data as applying the elasticity coefficient and conversion coefficient of the reinforcing bar.

ACE - Model VW - Waterproof Crackmeters
VW waterproof crackmeters are designed with STS316 stainless steel and endured 25bar water pressure. Also, polyurethane signal cable is implicated for measuring the crack at seawater, port, and dams etc. A change in crack across two anchors changes the tension corresponding to change in its frequency signal when the vibrating wire excited by a plucking coils. The VW readout unit processes the signal and displays a reading. The VW crackmeters are equipped with a temperature device for compensating for temperature variations.

As shown in the figure on the right, model 1500 VW multipoint piezometer is installed as several VW piezometer in one hole by layer. Even if it is perfectly shielded from bentonite, the piezometer on the top encounters with several signal cables, causing inevitable leakage due to the narrow shield layer.

ACE - Model 1910 & 1920 VW - Earth Pressure Cells
Model 1910, 1920 VW earth pressure cells consist of Ø 230mm two circular stainless steel plates welded together their periphery and spaced apart by a narrow cavity filled with de-aired ethylene glycol. Out diameter of model 1911 & 1921 is Ø150mm. The stainless steel tubing for high-pressure on the end of cell was attached to the pressure sensor.
