Ace - Multi-Grade Filter and Activated Carbon Filter
The Multi-Grade Filter (MGF) utilizes multiple media types to enhance filtration efficiency. Along with conventional filtering sand, porous materials like entrasite and garnet are employed to achieve turbidity levels below 2 NTU in the output. This makes it effective for various industrial applications. On the other hand, the Activated Carbon Filter (ACF) leverages activated carbon to adsorb contaminants and impurities from water. It is particularly useful for decolorization, deodorization, reducing Total Organic Carbon (TOC), and removing chlorine. The equipment can handle capacities ranging from 100 liters per hour to 100 cubic meters per hour, with customizable options for larger volumes. Fabrication materials include FRP, MSEP, MSRL, SS304, and SS316, selected based on specific applications. System operation can be manual or automatic, tailored to cater to water and wastewater treatment needs in various industrial segments.
Ace - Sea Water Desalination System
Desalination systems developed by ACE Technologies Group are designed to remove or significantly reduce salt content from saline water, including seawater and brackish groundwater. Employing specialized Saline Water RO membranes, these systems operate under high pressure, facilitated by High-Pressure Pumps (HPPs). The primary objective is to convert saltwater into water suitable for human consumption or agricultural irrigation. An inevitable by-product of this process is brine. The systems are available in standard capacities ranging from 0.5m3/hr to 20m3/hr, with customizations available for larger requirements. Materials of Construction (MOC) for pressure tubes include FRP and SS316, and the systems can be configured as either semi-automatic or fully automatic. These desalination systems find applications in water treatment and wastewater treatment plants, tailored specifically to meet varied industry requirements.
