ACR’s Magna-Skin™products provide innovative solutions to many wear related problems using magnetic technology. From our Magna-Patch™ line of temporary repairs to pipes & steel equipment to ourMagna-Skin™ magnetic wear liners for easy change out of chutes, bins, hoppers and other areas requiring protection.

Magna-Patch™ is a reusable magnetically fastened polymer patch that provides cost effective instant repair to steel equipment. This highly visible product is a quick and secure means of repairing holes in steel pipes, elbows, silos, chutes, bins, hoppers and other steel equipment subjected to abrasion. Magna-Patch™ products also work well for emergency response and spill containment as well as for emergency repairs in steel hulled marine vessels.

The Magna-Patch™ MP-611 is designed for use on smaller diameter piping and radius surfaces. It can be used on rounded or flat surfaces where a smaller patch would work best. Similar to the MP-811 in that it works on flat and round radius applications, but designed for smaller diameter piping (3” dia and up).

Magna-Wedge™ attracts and retains ferrous tramp metal from the product stream prior to entering processing equipment. It mounts into place on vibratory or gravity feed systems and ferrous metal is held by the wedge as product passes over it. By removing the tramp metal, Magna-Wedge™increases the processing equipment life and decreases maintenance costs. Used for more than 10 years by most wood processing facilities, Magna-Wedge™ has been developed for vibratory feeder or gravity feed applications. The product is magnetically fastened to the feeders trough, allowing for a quick and simple installation.

Utilizes the Dissipator™ concept in a longitudinal design, complete with a high performance slider surface and steel base support molded as one unit to lengths of 72 inches. Designed for use with fabric reinforced conveyor belts.
