OA Series Gravimetric Batch Blending System features precision auger metering of all ingredients. OA blenders are perfect for applications that require multiple regrind materials or materials that are difficult to meter. Each OA blender features machined metering augers, precision load cells, cast aluminum feed auger assemblies and heavy-duty industrial design. The OA Series offers superior batch control and reliable feeding of difficult materials.

The AccuMeter Ovation is a gravimetric loss in weight blender designed for continuous extrusion applications. The AccuMeter™ Ovation offers the most continuous homogeneous blend available versus common batch-type blenders or mixers. Available from 2 to 6 components and up to 5000 pounds per hour, the AccuMeter™Ovation is perfect for many extrusion applications. Hoppers are mounted on precision load cells, eliminating the weight and vibration of the metering auger and motor assemblies.

AF Series Volumetric Additive Feeders have set the industry standard for accuracy and dependability in precision metering of color concentrate, regrind, and other additives. Proven mechanical features include modular design for one or two materials, low-profile throat section, and an easy-to-clean, interchangeable stainless steel auger assembly.

DD Series Digital Dosing System offers precise additive feeding for almost any plastics machine, whether your application is injection molding, blow molding, or extrusion. The DD dosing unit uses a variable speed DC drive motor and dosing disc to precisely feed pellet or powder additives, at a set rate, into the throat of the processing machine. Precision design discs and closed loop control ensures high accuracy, dependability and repeatability.

AF1000 features a compact, gravimetric additive feeder that allows it to accurately meter additives as well as track material usage. The AF1000 is designed to work in all molding and extrusion applications for pelletized material. Consistent, accurate operation and repeatability, even at very low output rates. If there is a deviation from set additive weight, the AF1000 will automatically self-adjust to ensure proper measurements.

The GH extrusion control and GH-M extruder rate monitor units match the extruder throughput, track material usage, and can control extruder output with the optional control system. Weight per length and weight per area control are also possible using haul off control.

AVL loaders are designed to provide trouble-free conveying using compressed air. These highly efficient, self-contained loaders use compressed air and an efficient venturi to draw material from drums, bins, material bags, or gaylords. The material is drawn through the venturi under vacuum and then conveys into the receiver using pressurized air. The material is separated from the air stream and is deposited into the bin or process machine.

PHL Powder Hopper Loaders are used to convey free-flowing powder materials like PVC and PE from gaylords to machine hoppers, blenders, or surge bins. This unit can also be used to convey free-flowing dusty regrind.

SRL, SLC and SRIL Hopper Loaders are part of the AEC family of self-contained loaders. Because of their integral motor and control, they are ideal for conveying material over short distances. Based on their Stainless Steel construction and filter cleaning system, these hopper loaders are perfect for conveying pellets as well as regrind. SRL and SLC series hopper loaders are perfect for conveying materials to virtually any kind of bin or hopper. By adding a Pyrex sight glass, the SRIL hopper loaders allow these to be mounted directly to process machines and provides visual indication of the material entering your process.
