As an integral part of our Standard range, the ULTIBATCH works on the basis of a batch processing system thanks to the Cyclobatch technology patented by ACTINI. This unique technology achieves heating performance unmatched by conventional heating technologies.

The ULTIMATE is a continuous decontamination system specially designed for laboratories and production sites that do not have specific prerequisites in their URS.

Our Ultimate PLus decontamination system has been designed to offer our customers a modular, scalable decontamination solution capable of treating liquid effluents from 3,000 to 12,000 liters per hour. The equipment can grow with you according to your production levels: it consists of a 3,000-liter/hour ULTIMATE base to which up to 3 3,000-liter/hour extensions can be added according to your flow capacity requirements for maximum flexibility.

The ACTINI Batch Neutralization System (BNS) has been specially designed to adjust the pH of effluent from batch decontaminators. Featuring a wide range of options, the system is modular and can perfectly handle wastewater from other sources.

ACTINI Continuous Neutralization Systems (CNS) have been specially designed to adjust the pH of effluent from ULTIMATE, ULTIMATE PLUS and FDS type Continuous Decontaminators.

Our customizable autoclaves, based on steam-vacuum technology, can decontaminate from 30 to 24,000 liters of solid or liquid-containing loads per cycle. Because decontamination must be guaranteed at all times, SOFAST has designed and optimised compact autoclaves that are completely safe in terms of decontamination, manufacturing, automation and protection of operators and the environment.

Aware of the challenges posed by the quality of sterilized products, and backed by its extensive experience, ACTINI offers solutions capable of sterilizing from 500 to over 40,000 liters of liquid products per hour, particularly suited to the sterilization of cosmetics, sports gels, plant extracts… Our sterilizers can also be adapted to meet your pasteurization requirements.

Aware of the challenges posed to the quality of sterilized products, and backed by its experience in sterilization technologies, SOFAST offers a wide range of autoclaves covering all load sterilization needs, with capacities up to 24m³.
