The Air Lift pumping system is a pump that has low suction and moderate discharge of liquid and entrained solids. The pump injects compressed air at the bottom of the discharge pipe which is immersed in the liquid. The compressed air mixes with the liquid causing the air-water mixture to be less dense than the rest of the liquid around it and therefore is displaced upwards through the discharge pipe by the surrounding liquid of higher density. Solids may be entrained in the flow and if small enough to fit through the pipe, will be discharged with the rest of the flow at a shallower depth or above the surface.

The Casing Scraper incorporates blades assembly and is used to remove scale and debris from the internal surface of a casing string. Generally run on tubing or drill pipe, casing scrapers are routinely used during workover operations to ensure that the wellbore is clean before reinstalling the completion string.

Flat Valve Bailers are used to remove cuttings from the hole. When the bailer is lowered into the hole the Flat valve opens to permit the intake of water and cuttings. The bailer is then surfaced and set down to release the contents.

The Jetting Tool allows the well walls and screens to be washed with high pressure water spray. A head with radially positioned nozzles is used, which with action of water removes encrustations and cleans the walls of the well. It can be used in conjunction with other types of surgery such as brushing to increase effectiveness.

Casing Swages are an economical method of repairing collapsed casing. The swage can also be used as drift prior to running production tools to ensure no restriction down hole. The swage has a shallow taper on the bottom end to allow for efficient swagging and a taper on the top for easy entry into tight spots on the return trip.

PDC bits (Polycrystalline Diamond Bits) represent an innovative technology for drilling in oil field, water and mining activities. The PDC bits are manufactured with a steel or sintered matrix body equipped with diamond polycrystalline cutters, strategically positioned. The cutters numbers depend on blades number and bit diameter. These bits are strongly wear-resistant and allow great penetration rates and speed (2-3 times more than traditional tricone rock bits) and longer runs (until 10-20 times) due to the fact that they have no moving parts that may be majorly exposed to damage or failure.

These tools are ideal for drilling through chert, gravel, shale and generally in all formations averagely consolidated. The pilot bit is threaded to the body; the bits, assembled on bit holders in an increasing quantity depending on the diameter, are easily replaced when totally worne out.

The continuous necessity of deeper waterwells has requested more powerful drilling machines with torque capacity up to 3000 Kg.m. For this reason, it is extremely necessary to employ drill pipes that can withstand very strong torsional stress.

Drill collars are heavy drill string members used as weight thus forcing the bit to penetrate the formation being drilled. The collars are made from selected bars of chromium molybdenum alloy steel AISI 4145 H bored by trepanning to ensure close tolerance of bore alignment. All drill collars are full length heat trated to obtain the best physical properties and to provide a combination of hardness strength and ductility.
