IsoJoint is a true monolithic isolating joint. The most up-to-date, patented joint on the market,  IsoJoint does not depend on the use of isolating sleeves and washers for bolts nor isolating gaskets or O-rings between flanges. These isolating gasket kits require a critical, even surface and proper placement of a sealing element to provide regular and variable crushing and must be maintained over the life of the isolator. External pressure causing an uneven load on the flange area can result in loss of isolating properties as well as the transported fluid.

Casing Spacers center water and sewer pipes in casings with easy installation, are virtually corrosion proof, and provide insulating protection from a possible electrical shorting between the carrier pipe and casing pipe. APS offers a faster pipe sealing method than your everyday caulk, grout, or mastic with USA manufactured Innerlynx Modular Mechanical Seals. Innerlynx are used in a systematic approach for installers to easily seal the annular space between the carrier pipe and the ID of a wall penetration.

Radolid Protection Caps are easily installed by pressing the cap onto the bolted joint by hand. The barbed edge snaps on and prevents the caps from accidental removal. Radolid Caps are reusable and can be reapplied to 2-3 times. To ensure against corrosion from condensation accumulating in the caps, we recommend brushing nuts with Kleergel Corrosion Inhibitor Grease.

Corrosion occurs due to metal contact between the uncoated u-bolts and pipe. The excessive corrosion and pitting can eventually develop into pinhole leaks. This interaction can be completely eliminated by utilizing an APS Pipe Support Pad and APS U-Bolt-Cote. (As shown to the left.) U-Bolt-Cote is excellent for use on plastic, FRP or glass-lined pipe for shock absorption.

DuoCon Centralizers are used to support and space a section of pipe inside a secondary pipe on dual containment systems. These plastic centralizers can be used on all types of pipe including fiberglass, PVC, polyethylene and steel. APS centralizers are manufactured from injection molded, high density polyethylene. Centralizers are also called spacers or spiders.
