Ammonia Calibration Gas (NH3)
ACD CAL - Microprocessor Controlled Calibration Gas Instrument
The CAL 2000LT provides unmatched versatility and accuracy in corrosive calibration gases. Field replaceable electrochemical generating sources provide a gas standard for accurately calibrating chlorine, chlorine dioxide, hydrogen, hydrogen cyanide, and hydrogen sulfide gas sensors. The CAL 2000LT is microprocessor controlled and has an LCD (display) allowing field adjustable concentration and flow rate. The generating sources are interchangeable and field replaceable. Best of all, the CAL 2000LT generating source provides up to 25times as much calibration gas as a disposable cylinder at approximately the cost of just two cylinders. The CAL 2000LT gas instrument has a built-in mass flow sensor that automatically compensates for altitude and temperature.
ACD GENie - Calibration Gas Instrument
The GENie EC is our most accurate, diverse, compact and user-friendly instrument. Certified calibration gas sources provide the equivalent of up to 100 compressed gas cylinders. Interchangeable gases, adjustable concentrations, demand flow capabilities and the ability to provide the lowest, most accurate concentrations in the industry make the GENie EC the smart choice for calibration professionals. Calibration Gas Kit: This instrument, with one or more required Gas Sources, is a complete calibration gas kit.
ACD CAL - Calibration Gas Instrument
The Cal 2000 provides unmatched versatility and accuracy in certified calibration gases. Field replaceable calibration gas sources (generating cells) provide a calibration standard for accurately testing Chlorine, Chlorine Dioxide, Hydrogen, Hydrogen Cyanide, and Hydrogen Sulfide gas detectors with a single instrument. Cal Gas at a Fraction of the Cost: The Cal 2000 is microprocessor controlled and has an LCD (display) allowing field adjustable gas concentrations and flow rates. The sources are interchangeable and field replaceable. Best of all, Cal 2000 provides up to 100 times as much calibration gas as a disposable cylinder at a fraction of the cost. The electrochemical generating cells do not degrade over time.
Chlorine Calibration Gas (Cl2)
ACD MiniBump - Versatile Calibration and Bump Testing
The MiniBump is the smallest, most lightweight and adaptive calibration gas source on the market. It is our lowest entry cost product as well as our simplest to use. It is certified to be intrinsically safe for operation on potentially explosive atmospheres. The MiniBump operates with interchangeable generating sources providing either fixed concentration output for calibration, or ‘bump’ output to drive your detector into alarm for operational verification. Available in hydrogen sulfide, chlorine, hydrogen and hydrogen cyanide. The complete device fits into your shirt pocket and provides the equvalent of five 58 liter cylinders of gas with each generating source.
Hydrogen Chloride Calibration Gas (HCl)
ACD - Gas Detection Systems
The QC-50 is a simple yet rugged device, allowing quick and easy testing of gas detection systems. The QC-50 uses ACD’s QuickCheck Vial (QCV) technology. These QCV factory sealed vials contain a small amount of the chemical to be tested in an inner glass ampoule. For use, the QCV is firmly squeezed to break the inner ampule before it is inserted into the QC-50. Then, with a few squeezes of the aspirator bulb, a reliable bump test gas is produced. The QCV contains such a small amount of chemical it is non-hazardous for shipping, storage and disposal. And since the vials are sealed, they have a very long shelf life compared to many other bump test methods.
Gas Instruments
Calibration Gas Instrument
The CAL 101 is our newest and most economical calibration gas instrument. Field replaceable calibration gas sources (generating cells) provide immediate calibration gas for Chlorine, Hydrogen Sulfide, Hydrogen and Hydrogen Cyanide.
Bump Station Calibration Gas Instrument
The Cal101 Bump Station calibration gas instruments` unique design allows for the calibration of gas detectors as well as the bump testing of them. We utilize the bump test switch on the instrument in such a way that it can be held down easily and as long as it is, the instrument will produce calibration gas at the required concentration. As soon as the user is finished with the calibration, and releases the switch, the instrument switches off. If the switch is pressed and released, the instrument will perform a standard bump test by releasing a burst of gas and then shutting itself down to save gas life. This unique design allows for the calibration or bump testing of any brand of detector on the market.
Calibration Gas System
GENie - Ozone Calibration Gas Instrument
The GENie O3 is the latest in our line of portable calibration gas standards. Small, lightweight and operating on four AA batteries, the GENie O3 can be utilized in its fanny pack by a technician climbing around equipment to calibrate the most difficult to reach ozone sensors. Plugged in to mains power, the instrument can calibrate hand held detectors right at your service bench.
GENie - Ammonia Calibration Gas Instrument
The GENie QC-1 is our newest gas instrument for ammonia calibration gas. By utilizing a sealed glass ampule that is broken for use, the GENie QC-1 is the perfect tool for anyone calibrating fixed or portable ammonia sensors. With user adjustable outputs, the GENie QC-1 can be set to a wide range of outputs allowing for calibration of nearly any ammonia detector on the market.
