Continuous Infrared Dryer for APT and AMT
This series equipment are specialized equipments, used for the drying of APT and the production of AMT. High Pressure Gas Quenching Furnace
This series of Single chamber high pressure gas quenching furnace consists of furnace body,vacuum system, water cooling system,gas inflation system, gas cooling system, electric control system and furnace outer material car, etc. It is used for high pressure gas quenching of materials like high-speed steel, tool & mouldsteel, high temperature alloy,cemented carbide,martensitic stainless steel, titanium alloy etc and also for annealing process of magnetic material.It has special compacted inner furnace structure,with high-efficiency heat exchanger; it uses inside 360°nozzle all around cooling method and the highest gas quenching pressure can reach up to 10 bar. It is configured with optimization designed gas quenching system and electric control system and there is little deformation of work pieces.
Specialized Belt Furnace for Synthesis LiFePO4(A)
Specialized synthesis belt furnace for LiFePO4 is mainly used for calcination, reduction and synthesis of metal powders and salt material. The furnace does not need boat-pushing system; feeding material is automatically sprayed onto the belt. The equipment has a large output and stable product quality with high automation level. The operation is simple, convenient and humanized. Every independent heating sector is equipped with thermal couples, intellectual digital PID adjustor and SCR forming a closed-cycle control system to ensure precise control of temperature. It is the upgraded substitute of traditional push board kiln for the synthesis of high quality LiFePO4. It is collocated with special fast cooling technology which can remarkablely improve LiFePO4 quality. We have had three patents in belt-style furnace manufacting.
Specialized Belt Furnace For Synthesis LiFePO4(B)
This series of specialized belt furnaces for synthesis LiFePO4 are mainly used for pre treatment and high temperature treatment of battery material. The whole equipment is composed by furnace body, mesh belt transmission system, gas/water supply system and temperature control system.Furnace body consists of loading section, synthesis section, water cooling section and unloading section.Mesh belt transmission system consists of mesh belt and transmission device. The mesh running speed is controlled by frequency adjustor and is directly visual. Gas/water supply system has adjusting and protection device. Advanced wasted gas/water draining and collecting device ensures protection gas stable and pure.emperature control system is composed by thermocouple, digit intelligent PID adjustor and SCR, to form a close loop control system and realize automatic precise temperature control.
