AOS - Model OEM-PA Max - High Performance Phased Array Instrument

OEM-PA Max is the new leading edge of what can be found in the FMC/TFM family of beamformers. It’s outstanding speed of 1GB/s (using 10Gb Ethernet) for a batch of 64ch allows any acquisition to be as quick in FMC as in Phased Array. The AWG (Arbitrary Waveform Generator) option, which allows the emission of tone bursts, Chirps Gaussian waveforms as well as any user defined waveform, permits to use encoded pulser shapes to improve super-resolution and SNR. Since OEM-PA Max also manages all Phased Array processing, it provides all the versatility you can expect or need, and in a very small form factor that makes any application possible.

AOS - Model OEM-MCµ - Micro Conventional Instrument

For applications where an ultra-small form factor is critical  and/or speed is key (8 parallel channels). OEM-MCµ connects to a PC viaGigabit Ethernet  and his powered with 12V. Its unique ultra-compact size allows it to be integrated inside a scanner, robot or at the closest position possible to the probes. Furthermore, with 8 parallel channels, it allows Pulse Echo as well as Pitch/. Catch between any of the 8 channels. It is THE most versatile conventional ultrasound electronic on the market. The performance is also compatible with In-Line applications and will ease the integration since it can be concatenated to form the number of channel system wanted.

AOS - Model OEM-MC Mini - Multi Channel Miniature Instrument

The OEM-MC Mini’s compact size and low power make it the perfect solution for integrating with scanners, robots and automation systems. Mounting the UT electronics on the scanner allows for shorter probe cables providing improvement in signal quality, where you then only need to run a 12V DC cable and Gigabit Ethernet cable back to the laptop. There is even now a Power Over Ethernet (PoE) option.

AOS - Model OEM-MC2 - Multi Channel High Performance Instrument

Perfect for Thru-Transmission, research and other demanding ultrasound applications. Low Frequency option also opens door for applications like concrete inspection, guided wave and other structural health monitoring research. OEM-MC2 connects to a PC via Gigabit Ethernet, and is powered with 12V. Its unique technology allows to acquire the A-scan with 27-bits of resolution, so analog gain is not required anymore (all the signal/dynamic from up to ±10V down to inside the noise floor is acquired and available for analysis in linear or logarithmic scale in the Software). Each channel has a 400V pulser and a ±100V AWG (Arbitrary Waveform Generator) that permits to generate tone bursts, Chirps and Gaussian signals as well as any user defined waveform. Full parallel 8 channels allow to fit in any demanding application such as thick forged part as well as through transmission systems for bonding, composite and honeycomb inspections.
