TechniDOT™ D.O.T. Nylon tubing is manufactured specifically for use in heavy vehicle pneumatic braking systems. Available in both Type A and Type B, TechniDOT™ tubing offers excellent resistance to abrasion, gasoline, diesel fuel, and commonly used road salts.

Vinyl-Flex™ PVC Hose is a clear PVC hose suited for low pressure applications of both fluid and compressed gases. Vinyl-Flex PVC meets FDA requirements and is NSF 61® certified, making it ideal for use in food and beverage applications.

Surethane® Polyurethane Tubing is extruded by ATP from ether-based resin, providing excellent resistance to hydrolysis and oil. Surethane’s 98 durometer construction provides abrasion resistance and memory support.

Nylon tubing is recognized as an industry standard for applications which require higher working pressures and higher heat and/or chemical resistance than our polyurethane tubing. Nylon 12 is strong, lightweight and has a very low moisture absorption rate compared to other nylons. By not absorbing moisture, Nylon 12 will remain more flexible, which in turn extends it’s service life. Nylon tubing can be used with standard push-to-connect fittings and compression fittings for simple installation. 5/32″ OD x .106 ID

Surethane 85™ Polyurethane Tubing is an ultra-flexible, 85A durometer, softer version of Surethane® Polyurethane Tubing intended for applications where maneuverability is required. Surethane 85™ is manufactured from ether-based resin, providing excellent resistance to hydrolysis and oil.

Nylon Spirals are a great choice for industrial environments due to their excellent coil memory and chemical resistance. Nylon is the standard for applications that require increased working pressure and abrasion-resistance, such as machining centers.

Amorthane™ Spiral Hose features a sturdy weave of braided reinforcement between the inner and outer layers, increasing durability and working pressure. The reduced diameter of the spiral enables higher retraction strength, and a reduced diameter preventing tangles often associated with other hose.

The Techniblue Spiral Program was implemented to ensure that the most popular sizes are available in the most requested color, Clear Blue. ATP maintains inventory of Techniblue to fulfill demand and ensure shipping within 48 hours. Techniblue Spirals’ 98A construction provides excellent memory and retraction strength.

There are three basic types of configurations which work best in the bonding process: Ribbon, Stacked and Pyramid. Straight tubing is available in Ribbon and Stacked only. Spiraled is available in all three. Spiral configurations work best when given a wider base on which to build. When using tubes of many different diameters, some configurations will work better than others. Once you have chosen a basic style, ATP will help you configure the tubes in the best possible manner.
