AdvantaPure - Sanitary Hose Fittings and Oetiker Clamps

AdvantaPure offers a specialized line of sanitary hose fittings and Oetiker clamps tailored to meet demanding industrial applications. These fittings feature a smooth, non-contaminating surface with a 20Ra / SF1 finish, and optional electro-polishing is available for even finer finishes. The unique 8-sided design allows for easier tightening even in confined spaces. Made from 316L stainless steel, these fittings undergo stringent quality controls with documented lot traceability and are manufactured under strict good manufacturing procedures. They are designed to mate seamlessly with NewAge Industries AdvantaPure hoses. The Oetiker clamps, known globally, provide a robust clamping solution that requires no retightening. Additionally, AdvantaPure offers overmolded sanitary ends and molded silicone assemblies, ideal for aseptic and sterile processing applications. Custom designs and complete sanitary hose assemblies, including pressure testing, are also available through their fabrication team.

AdvantaPass - Clean Room Pass Through Technology

AdvantaPass is a patented clean room pass-through system designed for aseptic fluid transfer between walls of pharmaceutical manufacturing suites. It ensures complete isolation between different classes of clean rooms while allowing multiple fluid lines to pass through a single stainless steel portal. The system incorporates Single-Use disposable components to eliminate the need for cleaning validation, thereby saving time, labor, and natural resources. Key features include custom manufacturing to accommodate different wall thicknesses and floor-to-ceiling conveyance, unique management of multiple tubing apertures, and reduced production stoppages for sterilization. Components include 316L stainless steel for structural parts and single-use tubing, seals, and isolator assemblies for fluid transfer. The system also offers flexibility with configurable tubing ports and isolation barriers, as well as purge ports for introducing filtered air to maintain a pressurized environment. AdvantaPass is available in standard sizes up to 6 inches in diameter, with larger dimensions available on request.

Tubing and Hose

AdvantaSil - Model APST - Platinum Cured Silicone Tubing

AdvantaSil APST is a platinum cured unreinforced silicone tubing designed primarily for critical pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food applications. This tubing is manufactured in a clean room environment and undergoes rigorous physical, chemical, and biological testing. The product complies with several industry standards, including USP Class VI, FDA CFR 177.2600, ISO 10993, NSF 51, and European Pharmacopoeia 3.1.9. Additionally, a full BPOG standardized extractables test protocol has been performed by an accredited third-party lab. It features low volatility and is suitable for scenarios requiring high purity and performance. However, this tubing is not intended for implantation, continuous steam applications, or elevated pressure levels. Various part numbers indicate different internal diameters, wall thicknesses, and lengths available through standard coils or spools. Custom lengths and non-listed sizes can be ordered. The tubing is double-bagged, heat-sealed, and bulk-packed for added protection.

AdvantaSil - Model APHP - High Pressure Unreinforced Silicone Tubing

AdvantaSil High Pressure silicone tubing is designed for Single-Use applications where increased flow rates are essential. It finds utility in TFF, virus filtration, inline integrity testing of filtration assemblies, and high volume fluid transfer. The tubing is platinum-cured and translucent, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective performance. Rigorous testing has been conducted to meet USP Class VI, FDA CFR 177.2600, ISO 10993, European Pharmacopoeia 3.1.9 standards among others. Extensive testing has followed the BPOG standardized extractables protocol, performed by an accredited third-party lab. Important specifications include its burst pressure and vacuum capabilities, which vary depending on treatment. The recommended cutting method requires the use of a chevron style cutter at a precise angle to ensure clean cuts. Notably, this tubing is not suitable for implantation or continuous steam applications. AdvantaSil High Pressure is packaged in double-bagged, heat-sealed polybags and is available in coils of standard lengths, with custom lengths available by special order.
