Valves for chlorine service are thoroughly cleaned and packaged according to our factory procedures and conform to the Chlorine Institute Pamphlet #6 specifications.

The Aegis BFV series fully lined high performance butterfly valves feature the most advanced technology available for controlling and isolating corrosive, ultra-pure, and highly-toxic process liquids and gases. The BVF series valves are designed, engineered, and manufactured under a company-committed quality assurance process that has been audited and approved by the SQS ISO 9001:2000 for Quality and Management Systems and the PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) 97/23/EG for mechanical integrity. The unique geometric profiles of the disc and liner eliminate the cold flow and deformation issues typical of conventional lined butterfly valves, resulting in a conditional, environmentally safe, life time shaft seal guarantee.

The Aegis LDV/SC series are fully lined composite body diaphragm valves. The LDV/SC valve offers an ideal solution to process condition where internal and external corrosion issues exist, as well as application where electrolytic corrosion and weight are concerns.

The Aegis® weir style diaphragm (LDV) valves feature the most advanced technology available for controlling and isolating extremely corrosive and toxic process fluids and gases. The Aegis® RSS series valves are specifically designed for flow control of corrosive, hazardous and ultra-pure process fluids and gasses. The RSS series is especially suitable for media where stainless steal and exotic alloys do not provide sufficient corrosion resistance, as an economic alternative to exotic alloy valves, for metal-reactive media, for biotechnology and high-purity media where excellent cleaning and anti-adhesive surfaces are important, and for highly permeating media.
