As the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS) is implemented in more and more countries across the world, we continue to devote significant resources in order to ensure our clients are able to transition smoothly to this new hazard communication system. Our primary services in this area include GHS compliant SDS Authoring of English and Spanish SDS under OSHA`s new HCS 2012, as well as EU CLP SDS Authoring in all official European languages. For our clients with operations in both the United States and Canada, we are able to prepare a US GHS SDS (HCS 2012) that includes the WHMIS classification as well as other Canadian requirements. This dual country SDS is compliant in both countries, and SDS translations are available in French and Spanish.

Due to logistics and worker training considerations, many of our US based clients are not yet ready to transition to the GHS and choose to use our MSDS authoring services under the existing Hazard Communication Standard (HCS 1994). We have prepared MSDS for many thousands of products under OSHA`s existing HCS, and are able to deliver these OSHA MSDS in English and Spanish.
