Filters coolant mist, smoke, gas, and vapor. Designed to mount on top of machining centers or floor pedestals. Good for cutting machines, caution the use on grinding machines. Four stages of filtratio. Manufactured out of 16ga spun steel, powder coated. Quiet Operation 70 to 76 dba at 3’. Small and Compact with Direct Mount Capability. 6′ and 8′ pedestals are available. The centrifugal mist collector is typically used on applications generating coolant mist, smoke, gas, and vapor with direct connection to the source using a hose.

The CYC Cyclone Separators are among the most efficient and cost-effective dust collectors available. CYC Cyclones are offered in capacities from 800 CFM to 13,000 CFM and efficiently remove moderate- to large-sized particles from the airstream. Fans are self-cleaning, material-handling, radial blades designed to deliver peak airflow while the low horsepower conserves energy.

Mounted In-Line to the Ductwork. Multiple Sizes Available. Can be mounted Vertically or Horizontally (Downflow vertical optional). Pre-Filtering Device. Removes 85% to 95% of coolant before entering the mist collector. Extends filter life dramatically, double filter life. Allows coolant to be recycled directly back to reservoir. The DD 800 is designed to capture low levels of non-explosive and non-flammable metal dust.  Good for de-burring and sanding.  The filters are cleaned by a foot pedal which shakes the dust off the filters.

AER’s filtration units reduce airborne mist from CNC Machining including cutting and grinding; and control die lube spray from die cast machines.

The HCF Series is a ceiling hung collector which has four horizontal cartridge filters used for dust or fume collection.  With the addition of extraction arms mounted to the side of the unit the HCF is a great collector for weld fume.  By adding an ambient inlet this unit can be hung from the ceiling to circulate the air inside of a manufacturing shop.

The VCF-1 has a single vertical flame retardant cartridge filter designed to capture fume and dust.  It’s the smallest of a family of four models.  The cartridge filter is easily cleaned using a manual reverse air pulse cleaning or an optional on-demand auto cleaning.  The VCF-1 has two inlets, one on each side of the cabinet.  The cartridge filter is protected by an internal baffle and the cartridge can easily be remove without hand tools using hinged locking bars.

The HM Series is a very versatile collector, the unit is modular because you have a wide variety of filter cabinets which can be bolted together in any combinations depending on what you are filtering.  The choices for filter cabinets consist of many types of pre-filters, 3 stage wet or dry filters, HEPA, or activated carbon.

The vertical media collector is a modular filtration unit, typically used to filter mist, dust, smoke, fume, gas, and vapor. Several sizes are available with airflows ranging from 500cfm and higher.
