The Aerosolv 7000XL Can Puncturing System is specifically designed to comply with California`s rigorous vapor emission regulations while minimizing your aerosol can waste stream. Intact, aerosol cans are considered hazardous waste, but once punctured and drained, they can be recycled as scrap steel.

The Aerosolv Recycling System Model 6000 is constructed of sturdy, long-lasting aluminum and offers a durable, poly safety shield on a slide bar to minimize the potential for spray back during operation. The two-stage high-efficiency combination filter prevents potentially harmful VOCs from release into the air.

The two-piece replaces the entire combination filter coalescing filter and carbon cartridge in the Aerosolv® Model 5000 System. Captures odors and harmful VOCs released by punctured aerosol cans.

Aeroprene Gasket Model 5129 fits standard 2 in. can sizes. Comes standard in 5000, 7000, 7000XL and 9000 Aerosolv models.

Viton  Gasket Model 5111 offers higher resilience to caustics and aggressive solvents. Fits standard 2 in. can sizes.
