The transmission with magnetic torque avoids the occurrence of cross contamination between product and external environment, a typical problem of the use of devices with mechanical seals (shafts, seals and other equipment). Suitable for high viscosities, offers great flexibility. The bottom mounting allows to keep clear the tank from any other body, such as shafts from the top and baffles, thus easening vessel access, cleaning and maintenance. 

The 10º vertical angle enhances drainability while minimizing the internal cavity within the tank. The welding pad of the body is conceived to be as compact as possible and flush welded to the vessel bottom, resulting as an integral part of the tank surface, for preventing stagnation of the media. Designed to be completely cleanable and sterilizable. It also offers a wide range of optional and fully customizable according to project requirements. 

The VPK sampling valves are designed to take samples aseptically, thanks to their configuration they can be sterilized with pure steam by SIP process or washed by CIP process, to create a protective barrier on the diaphragm and on the valve`s chamber, with the valve in closed position. Their engineered diaphragm avoids product entrapment in asymptotic area, moreover it is placed flush to the inlet connection with a zero dead leg. The internal design of the body grants a complete drainability. It also offers a wide range of optional and fully customizable according to project requirements.
